Paleo Guacamole

A quick and healthy snack that is ready in five minutes…yes please! Guacamole is so simple to make and can be used in so many ways. Have you made some lately?

Guacamole 1


1/2 Spanish onion
1 clove garlic
1 tomato
3 avocados
Small squeeze lemon juice
Small bunch coriander

Place onion, garlic and coriander in TM bowl or food processor and process until finely diced.
Add tomato, avocado and lemon juice. Process until desired consistency. Some of you may like it chunky, some might prefer smooth.
Scrape out guacamole and enjoy!
