One of the first Paleo recipes I made was these Chocolate Brownies that I got from the Primal Cravings book by Brandon and Megan from the blog Health Bent. Its been one of my favourite recipes ever since first trying it. Once I got my Thermomix, it was also one of the first recipes I converted.
It took a little trial and error to get it right. The first time I made the recipe it didn’t fill half of my tray so I have doubled the original ingredient quantities and that makes about 24 brownies.
While I have adapted this for the Thermomix, it could also be mixed together in a food processor or by hand (pan and bowl).
This is a great recipe to have for the kids or yourself when you are feeling like something chocolate-y, but you still want to eat real whole food ingredients that fit the paleo bill.
