This recipe is a great alternative to all the sugary yoghurts and custards that are splashed with cartoon characters just so your child will want it that bit more. Its very easy to make fresh perhaps while you are preparing breakfasts. Or you could make it the night before and keep chilled.
Choc Banana Pudding
1 avocados, ripe
1 medium bananas, ripe
3-4 Tbsp cacao powder
1t vanilla extract
half scoop protein powder (optional)
- Place all of the ingredients into the TM bowl (or food processor)
- Mix together 10secs/speed 4. Scrape downsides.
- Then mix again 10 secs/speed 6 to make sure light and smooth.
- Place in small snack containers and let kids enjoy at school.
These quantities will make enough for two small snack containers, but the recipe can be easily doubled if you need.
I find the protein powder is great to help keep tummies full and great for their muscles to keep up with all the playing. It is optional though, so you don’t need to add it if you don’t want to.
