It’s A New Year, Time To Set Your New Goals.

It’s that time of year again! Time to reflect on the year that’s been and the new year that lays blank ahead of us. It’s a time to choose how we approach and shape the new year. For me I look forward to the new year and a new fresh start. Living in Australia, the new year also brings our warmest weather, and that itch to be outside enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Many of you will be making new years resolutions, and others will be picking one word to inspire them throughout 2016. Some will be doing both. Last year I wrote a post about breaking down your resolutions and setting goals that are achievable. You might find it useful to read about that here. Re-reading it, it’s still very relevant.

New Years Resolutions – Have You Set Yours?

The new year is here. We have celebrated the Christmas season (possibly eating a little too much). We’ve said goodbye to one year and hello to a new one. We have looked in the mirror and decided we need to make a positive change, the change we have been talking about for some time, but was waiting for the ‘right’ moment. Well that moment is here.

The new year offers so much opportunity to be whatever you want it to be. Its a blank canvas that you can decorate any way you choose. You’ve made that new years resolution and this year you are going to make it count. Right?

Another Year Comes To An End, But What A Year!

As 2014 comes to an end, like everyone else, I look back on the year that has passed. What a year its been!

2014 saw me follow my passion and start studying part time in the subject of Nutritional Medicine. Its been a huge thing for me to return to studying, especially balancing it with my small handmade business, blogging and life in general.

I’ve celebrated my one year anniversary of eating Paleo (its been about 16months or more now). Throughout that time, I’ve seen the positive changes that eating healthy in this way has had for myself and my family. This has been the most exciting thing for me. I’ve met idols from the Paleo community, eaten many new types of food, and tried new forms of exercise. Overall, the year has been jammed packed, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The new year will see a few big changes for me.
