The other day I shared my recipe for my Paleo Sweet Chilli Sauce, a great dipping sauce made with all paleo compliant ingredients. Well, here is the recipe that I served it with when I was asked along to a ‘bring-a-plate’ night with friends.
These paleo asian baked meatballs are quick and easy to make, and use common fresh ingredients in most paleo homes. The flavour is subtle and not over powering, so the kids can enjoy them too.
By now you all know I’m a bit of a lover of asian cuisine. So its no surprise I tried a new idea today to use up some of our gardens harvest. We have been very lucky this year and have harvested a truck load of broccoli (well not literally a truck load, but close). I didn’t want to waste any of it, so I’m trying a few new recipes.
This one was very easy, and doesn’t use too many ingredients. Like most slow cooker recipes, its great for mid week, when things are extra busy. I love the idea of eating food that we grew, so I take extra pride when I can dish up recipes like this to my family.
